                                                       Sick leave rules

1 . The salary will not be provided during the leave lasts
2 . Sick leave is sick leave granted to employees as evidenced by a medical certificate or a company appointed physician .
3 . Leave hospital as the number of days specified in the medical certificate including holidays or other days of the week .
4 . The Company has the right to request a medical certificate legalization of doctors appointed by the company
